NCWIT Regional Initiatives

NCWIT Regional Initiatives brings together programs powered by NCWIT and NCWIT Alliance members focused on increasing the influence and meaningful participation of girls and women from every community. (Click through the diagram on the right for more information on NCWIT programs.)

Through this approach, change-leading representatives from NCWIT and local partner organizations are united across the tech ecosystem, forming regional, action-oriented coalitions.

About the Regional Digital Skills Initiatives

This multi-year initiative is designed to increase the number of technical women and to further their careers by offering a diverse menu of online and in-person opportunities, such as technical training, full-tuition scholarships, internships, and networking. Using a community-driven model, NCWIT works with local stakeholders to identify skill sets and training demands that align with employers' needs.
