Ann Lorbes serves as the lead for Diversity and Inclusion for Fidelity Technology. She drives the D&I strategy by partnering with Fidelity Technology Leadership, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and by leading the Diversity and Inclusion in Technology Steering Committee. Ann implements and oversees a number of initiatives intended to impact how Fidelity Technology recruits, develops and advances, and retains a diverse workforce through an inclusive environment. She leverages skills and experience gained during her various roles in HR and Learning and Development over the past 18 years at Fidelity, as well as her master’s degree in Instructional Design.
