2019 CSforALL SCRIPT Symposium
The 2019 CSforALL SCRIPT Symposium, sponsored by Dell, will be held at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography in La Jolla, California. During the two-day SCRIPT workshop, computer science education working groups from Local Education Agencies from across the nation will be led through a series of visioning, self-assessment and goal-setting activities. The workshop will help identify appropriate resources and partners, create working groups to support district CSforAll initiatives, and identify short-term goals to make progress on CSforALL efforts. More than 100 school system leaders will convene to develop strategies for bringing computer science to more than 400k K-12 students in 577 schools during the first national SCRIPT Symposium. During the symposium, teams from school systems across the country will work through the SCRIPT (Strategic CSforALL Resource & Implementation Planning Tool ) planning process to create rigorous, inclusive and sustainable computer science education strategies.
