Girl Develop It is a nationwide nonprofit leading the industry-wide movement to get more women into technology careers today. GDI provides affordable in-person classes for adult women (18+) to learn to code in a judgment-free learning environment through chapters in 45 cities and growing.
Girl Geek Dinners was founded in August 2005. Its central mission is to: break down old fashioned social stereotypes, identify routes around barriers to entry for anyone to get into technology, to encourage and nurture those interested in technology by working with local schools, colleges and universities, and to support those currently in the industry and work together to figure out the issues and solutions.
GlobalMindED is an action-oriented, collaborative community committed to creating a capable, diverse talent pipeline for minority learners and job seekers. We bring together leaders in education, business, government, and non-profits, each dedicated to increasing access and opportunity for those who are first-generation-to-college, low-income, or underrepresented in education and careers including STEM. GlobalMindED provides opportunity to learn first-hand how to forge connections, close opportunity gaps, and commit to actions that will create mutual advantages.
