Progress On Activity
We hired 6 Returnees, and our goal is to hire 2 of them into full time roles. So far, feedback has been that is helpful to start in a cohort (all 6 are in our Broomfield office), and helpful that they are in different departments and not competing' for the same roles.
Important components of success - Planning - Having a cross-functional committee - support group and training program to help the Returnees integrate effectively - Supportive manager
