Goal statement
To introduce girls to Raspberry Pi and programming. And to recruit them for the Aspirations award.
Activity Description
Two Raspberry Pi workshops - beginner and intermediate/advanced. Lunch. Speed networking.
Progress On Activity
Two workshops were given -- one on 8/6 in Kansas City and one on 8/13 in Wichita, KS.
Both were very successful, although attendance was lower than anticipated.
Lessons Learned
To reduce the number of no-shows, we should charge a minimal fee.
