Presented by NCWIT Undergraduate Research Mentoring Award Team: Scott McCrickard, Virginia Tech; Patricia Morreale, Kean University; Tommy Simpson, AT&T
NCWIT will be recognizing four outstanding faculty mentors of Research Experiences for Undergraduate (REU). Members of the AA were asked to nominate faculty members who conduct research with undergraduate students which embody the objectives of NCWIT: individual or team research experiences, including undergraduate women, leading to student accomplishment and professional success. Two junior faculty awards and two senior faculty awards will be given at the Summit. Come hear what they are doing with their students and applaud their success.

NCWIT has a wealth of resources—perhaps so many that you’re a bit overwhelmed. Wendy will walk you through a few that other AA members have implemented most frequently so you can see how to use them to set goals and implement them at your institution. There will be plenty of time for Q&A so bring your questions.
