The High School/College/Professional Affinity Group Collaboration team is working to connect women across the pipeline to support girls entering computing careers. 

The team is currently focused on the following efforts:

• a social media group where girls and women can ask questions and offer support and resources
• preventing girls from falling through the cracks between high school and college or between college and the workplace by creating a hand-off between the NCWIT-affiliated groups
• coordinating a job shadowing experience for middle and high-school girls
