Assessment Tools

How do you know which practices have the biggest impact in helping you reach your goals? How do you know if an overall program is working?

NCWIT ES recommends implementing an assessment and tracking system to determine where you start, what you accomplish, and whether your activities are advancing you toward your goals. Assessment will also help you identify the strengths and weaknesses of your program, improve progress toward your goals, and maximize your ability to obtain resources.
