In response to the critical importance of the Intel's relationship with the National Center of Women & Information Technology, Intel is sponsoring Ms. Neal-Graves as an Executive on Loan to focus on developing programs to support the attraction and retention of women in computing. Ms. Neal-Graves will operate from Intel's offices in China and Colorado and work directly with NCWIT CEO, Lucy Sanders.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Neal-Graves was the Enterprise Platforms and Services Division (EPSD) Services Strategic Business Development Manager with the charter drive EPSD market segment growth in the China with Intel Corp. In her role as a senior leader in the PRC, Ms. Neal-Graves was responsible for developing a strategic plan for China growth. Ms. Neal-Graves joined EPSD from the Corporate Purchasing Services department where she served as the IT Strategic Sourcing Manager and was responsible for ~$1B in global procurement of products and services for the IT organization. Ms. Neal-Graves joined Intel in 2006 as a business attorney where she supported a variety of business groups from WiMAX to Technology Manufacturing and Engineering/Intel Resale Corporation to External University/Institutional Research Programs to IT. Prior to her role in IT Strategic Sourcing, Ms. Neal-Graves was an Intel business attorney and served as IT counsel where she also served as legal counsel for the Intel CIO, IT organization, and the IT Strategic Sourcing team.

Prior to Intel, Ms. Neal-Graves held several executive leadership positions such as VP/GM, Worldwide Application Service Provider at Unisys Corporation; SVP, HR Service Deliver Chase Manhattan Bank; and GM, Large Enterprise Call Center, Lucent Technologies. She has a BS in Computer Science and Applied Math from Hampton University, an MS in Computer Science from Michigan State University, an ME in Engineering Management from the University of Colorado (Boulder), and a JD (with emphasis in tech law) from the Colorado School of Law.
