What makes a good Flash Talk?

Your NCWIT Flash Talk should pertain to the NCWIT mission, which embraces a wealth of potentially interesting topics like outreach, teaching and learning, stereotypes, underrepresentation, computational thinking, education policy, girls and women, technology innovation, social movements, and more. Your talk should teach us something, it should be entertaining, and it should be enjoyable by a broad audience.
