Microsoft and Microsoft Philanthropies TEALS (Technology Education and Literacy in Schools) partnered with the National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT) to develop these tools to help educators convey the importance of computer science, and ensure that recruitment and retention strategies, curricula, and the classroom environment are welcoming for all students.
