Entrepreneurial Alliance

The Entrepreneurial Alliance (EA) brings together representatives from more than 20 established entrepreneurial organizations who understand the factors associated with entrepreneurial success. The EA's work will address the causes and possible interventions concerning the small number of women involved in starting businesses, filing patents, and transferring technology in the IT field as its member organizations work to increase women's representation.

See the list of Entrepreneurial Alliance Members.

The Entrepreneurial Alliance and the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation are proud sponsors of NCWIT Heroes, a series of magazine-style audio interviews highlighting women entrepreneurs in information technology (IT) careers; and NCWIT Entrepreneurial Toolbox, interviews with men and women entrepreneurs that discuss fundamental entrepreneurship skills such as networking, how to procure funding, writing a business plan, and the importance of failure. Visit our Interview Series page to listen and read more about the interviewees.

We're grateful to the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation and QUALCOMM for their support of the Entrepreneurial Alliance.
