NCWIT's Leadership Team consists of a small executive team (NCWIT's co-founders) and the NCWIT "hub" institutions. NCWIT CEO and Co-founder Lucy Sanders, and NCWIT Co-founders Robert Schnabel and Telle Whitney, founded NCWIT based on their collective passion to create real, fundamental change. Together they oversee strategic and operational decisions and guide the implementation of NCWIT's mission. NCWIT's hubs consist of academic institutions, non-profits, and professional groups, spanning the country and the K-12-through-careers pipeline. Each hub represents excellence in a particular program or pipeline focus area, and each hub implements programs or initiatives in research, reform, outreach. Hubs assist with the identification and implementation of promising practices and provide leadership for the direction of NCWIT's mission and programs.
